RULE AND GUIDELINES
The following are rules and guidelines you have to follow in order
to get a card made.  To have a good basis you should know
something about Pokémon TCG.  If you don't I can help you along.
If you do, I can still help you, but I'm sure you'll have some ideas.

1.  I would prefer only one person have a certain Pokémon (until
all is done, which I doubt would happen).  That means I'd prefer to
do no repeats of say for example Zapdos since one is already
done.  If you MUST have a Pokémon already done, it can be
arranged.  (You have a choice of 251 Pokémon, so it is pretty
open.)
2.  When you email me, or ICQ me, please include the Pokémon
you'd like to have a card of, the HP (30 to 120 HP only please;
those with high HP will be penalized with high retreat cost, sorry
but many people would go with 120 HP all the time otherwise),
the type (Grass, Fightning, Fire, Water, Lightning, Psychic,
Colorless, Dark, Metal), stage (Base, Stage 1, Stage 2; if you
don't know what this is, just say you need help and I will help you
choose), attacks (up to 3; can do a Pokémon Power and 1
attack; can do just a Pokémon Power; can do just an attack; can
do two attacks; can do three attacks; if you don't know how to
handle this, I will help you), name of attacks (try to fit it in with what
the Pokémon can use on the game and/or television show), and
send me the picture of what you'd like to represent yourself
(please let it stay large, I can always downsize).
3.  Sorry, but I don't host any other fake cards than the ones I
make.
4.  Feel free to ask me questions.  More rules and guidelines may
come up as problems arise.

DOs AND DON'Ts
Here are some DOs:
	-You can make a picture for your card.  Make sure it's
	bigger than it needs to be because I can always
	downsize.
	-You can tell me what attacks, level, and HP you'd like it
	to have.
	-You do have to send me a picture you'd like to
	represent yourself to go in the lower right hand corner
	of the card.  Otherwise it will be left blank.

Here are some DON'Ts:
	-Don't worry if you can't make a good picture for your
	card, I can make you one and see if you approve.
	-Don't worry if you can't think of anything to customize
	it, I'll help you.  I'm sure we can work something out.

CONTACT INFORMATION
You can email me (MewTCG@yahoo.com) the information you need to and we can
converse back and forth until I get all the information to make the
card.  If you prefer, we can do it on the spot and get things settled
right on the spot on ICQ (6993260).  I prefer using ICQ, but if you
don't have it I will take email.  Also note that FIRST COME FIRST
SERVE.  You may have to wait if I get many requests.  I will do
them in the order I receive them.  Please put in the SUBJECT field "NSIDER
CARDS".
